**Note: Once the account balance rose above $2500 in September of 2017, the interest rate on the balance increased from the prior .01% to a market rate.
1) 2017 dues of $50 USD were paid by country and state/regional teams, a total of 10. Payments were a mix of checks and PayPal, with the transaction fees reimbursed by a donor.
2) 2019 dues of $50 USD were paid on a country basis, all by PayPal, hence the transaction fee expense.
3) There have been no disbursements of BSI funds since 2013.
